You can view the emails you've received in the email detail view at the left with a vertical split, at the bottom with a horizontal split, or without a split, depending on how you've customized it.
You can get an immersive email reading experience using the Reader View option. This will hide all email management options and present you with only the email content.
To access this view from the email detail view:
Open the email.
Click the More Options icon at the top-right corner of the email detail view.
Select Open in Reader View from the menu list.
The Reader View also offers options to improve your reading experience. You can perform the following actions in this view:
Font options: Choose the preferred font type, text size, and text spacing.
Light or Dark modes: Switch between Light and Dark modes.
Find: Find what you are looking for in the email content.
Pinch zoom gestures: Zoom in or out using gestures.
To view your emails in a new window with all of the email management options present from the email list:
Right-click the email.
Select Open in New Window from the menu list.
To view your emails in a new window from the email detail view:
Open the email.
Click the More Options icon at the top-right corner of the email detail view.
Select Open in New Window from the menu list.
To view all of the email conversations from a specific sender:
Right-click the email that you've received.
Select List Emails From This Contact from the menu list.
To view a secured email:
Click open the email.
Click View the email in the email detail view.
In the dialog box that appears, click Send SecurePass code.
Enter the OTP sent to your email address.
Check the Remember me check-box to keep the link accessible for 5 minutes even after refreshing the page.
Click Verify.
SecurePass emails will be denoted with a lock icon beside the email.
If you refresh the secured email after 5 minutes, a new passcode must be generated to access the email.
To print emails:
Open the email you want to print.
Click the More Options icon at the top-right corner of the email detail view.
Select Print from the menu list.
In the dialog that appears, configure the print settings.
Once ready, click Print.
To download attachments with password:
Click the More icon next to the attachment.
Select Zip and Download File with Password.
In the pop up that appears, enter the password and confirm it.
Click Download.
To download multiple attachments with a password:
Click the More icon on top of the attachment.
Select Zip and Download File with Password.
In the pop up that appears, enter the password and confirm it.
Click Download.
You can respond to emails using the following methods:
Reply | The reply will be sent to the sender of the initial email. | |
Reply All | The reply will be sent to all recipients of the initial email. | |
Forward | The initial email can be re-sent to any recipient of your choice. |

You can choose from a variety of pre-written email responses to respond to emails quickly. To do so:
Open the email you would like to respond to.
Click the Quick Reply icon in the bottom-right corner to view a list of reply options.
Choose a reply from the list that appears.
To forward an email from the email list:
Right-click the email.
Select Forward from the menu list.
Enter the recipient's address.
Click Send.
To forward an email from the email detail view:
Open the email you want to forward.
Click the Forward icon at the top-right corner of the email detail view.
To forward an email or an email thread as an attachment from the list view:
Right-click the email.
Select Forward as Attachment.
The email will be converted to an .eml file type and added as an attachment to the Mail Composer, from where you can draft your message and send it.
You can make changes to an email you've received or that has already been sent, by using the Edit as New option. Clicking on this option will open the email in the Mail Composer window, allowing you to make necessary changes to the email content.
To edit an email as new:
Open the email that you would like to edit.
Click the More Options icon and select Edit as New from the menu list.
Once the required changes have been made, click Send.
By sharing emails, you can easily handle email-related discussions and receive input from co-workers in the form of comments, avoiding multiple forwards and replies.
To share an email:
Click the Share in Streams icon in the top-right corner or at the bottom of the email detail view.
Check the Include Others in This Conversation checkbox if you wish to include the members marked in the original email.
Type your comment and add attachment if required.
Click the Add or View Invitees icon.
Search for the contacts and select them from the list of suggestions.
Click Invite.
Click the Send icon.
Notes:
You can also @mention an individual or group in comments and click the Share icon to share the email.
You can also attach files in the comments.
By sharing drafts, you can review your email content with your co-workers, get their feedback, and make modifications to your email before sending it out.
To share a draft from the Mail Composer:
Draft an email in the Mail Composer and click the Share icon.
Mention the contact you want to share the draft with.
Click the Attachment icon to attach files if necessary.
Once ready, click Invite.
To share a draft from the Drafts folder:
Go to the Drafts folder.
Click Edit.
Click the Share This Email icon.
Mention the contact you want to share the draft with.
Click the Attachment icon to attach files if necessary.
Once ready, click Invite.
