Streams enable communication and collaboration with individuals or a group of people in a social media style. In this article, we’ll explore how you can share emails and tasks with other users or groups using Streams.
Note: Streams is not available as a separate section in Trident for Windows. However, some of its functionality is available and explained in this help document. The full set of Streams capabilities, which are available in the Zoho Mail web application, will be available in future updates.Every user can be a member of multiple groups—organizational (created by the admin) or personal groups (created by users). The moderators or the owners of the group can enable Streams for the groups.
In the Streams Comments popover, you can take the following actions.

You can view the ongoing Streams activities from the in-app notification center and also act on it from there. You'll receive notifications for the following items:
When a user shares an email, note, or task with you by adding you as an invitee
When a user shares an email draft
When a user likes your post
When a user comments on your post
When a user likes your comment
When a user replies to your comment
When a user @mentions you in a comment
When a user updates a post
When a user adds or removes invitees from a post
When a user adds or removes members from the Streams Group
