Edit Team Profile


Change Team Name

The team name will be displayed to all team members in the top-left corner of your WorkDrive account and in all emails that are sent from the team.


To edit your team's name:
  1. Click Admin Console in the bottom-left corner of your WorkDrive account.
    The Admin Console page will open in a new tab. Dashboard will be selected by default.

  2. Click Settings in the left panel. The Profile settings will be displayed by default.
  3. Change your team name under Team Name.

Change Super Admin

The Super Admin is the user who creates the team. All the important emails related to payment invoices and account will be sent to the Super Admin. 

The Super Admin can only assign their role to a Team admin.

To change the Super Admin:
  1. Click Admin Console in the bottom-left corner of your WorkDrive account.
    The Admin Console page will open in a new tab. Dashboard will be selected by default.
  2. Click Settings in the left panel. The Profile settings will be displayed by default.
  3. Click Change next to the Super Admin Contact. A dialog box will open.
  4. Place your cursor on the Select Member field and select a Team Admin from the dropdown. Alternatively, you can enter a Team Admin's name or email address to filter the list.
  5. Click UPDATE.
