Can I restrict the visibility of comments to document owners, groups or roles?

Yes, Writer lets you restrict comments to document owners, groups and roles. Here's how:

1. Click on the visibility option under the comment bar.

2. Now from the options given below, set visibility by groups, roles, and other granular controls. Use the "only me" option to make comments visible only to you.

3. You can also set the visibility to "custom". This way you choose to make your comments visible only to selective people of your choice.
