How to combine multiple documents into one?

While authoring very large contents like books, one can save each chapter as individual documents and finally combine them into one single document. When you insert subdocuments, the contents of the all subdocuments are inserted into the main document.

Step 1 : Click More > Insert tab

Step 2 : Click Append Documents

Step 3 : Pick documents to be combined with the current document
