How to create fillable template to be filled like a form?

To share Writer documents to be filled as a form, follow the below steps:

Create a new fillable template at http://writer.zoho.com/new from File > New Automation Template > Fillable Template > Create from Scratch.
Now go to Automate, choose a field type and insert whichever field you want, wherever necessary. Refer to this guide for more info on fillable fields.
Now, choose from a wide range of submission options. Enabling these options will tell Writer what to do with the form after it has been filled and submitted by the recipients. Learn more
Now click on Share to Fill under "Finish". Enter the names and emails of the recipients in the dialog.
In the access level, choose Fill as a form from the dropdown list.
You can also send the form to be filled by anyone who has access to the link by clicking on the New external share link option. Learn how

Note: You can also create a password to make the form accessible only to those who know the password.
