How to remove page breaks in Writer

Overview

In Zoho Writer, manual page breaks inserted into a document (for example, via Insert → Page Break) are visible only when formatting marks—like paragraph symbols—are turned on. You can make these symbols visible and remove unwanted page breaks using a straightforward process.

Step-by-Step Process

1. Go to Format > Paragraph > Pilcrow option. This will show all the paragraph breaks in the document denoted by the ¶ symbol.

2. Now place the cursor on the page break you want to remove.

3. Simple click Delete on your keypad. This will remove that particular page break.
