Step 1: Create a Knowledge Base
Add Knowledge Base content that serves as a reference for the agent to understand business context, processes, and response guidelines.
Key requirements
- Consolidating your knowledge.
- Uploading from the preferred medium and choosing the right sync method.
Step 2: Create a Tool Group
Create a tool group with the required APIs. These APIs will give your agent the ability to perform actions in the required product/service.
Key requirements
- Knowing the right API: Understanding the name, method, and path.
- Creating a connection for the API: Required for testing custom APIs via YAML file uploads. Predefined APIs are already tested and ready to use.
Step 3: Create an Agent
Create an agent from scratch or using Zia AI in the Agent Studio.
Key requirements
- Provide detailed instructions for the agent to execute the required tasks.
- Associate the Tools and the Knowledge Base content to the agent.
Step 4: Deploy
Deploy the agent into your required product or service.
Key requirements
- Mapping the Tool Parameters.
- Create a connection from your service to Zia Agents.
- Use the Agent API details to invoke it.
