
Once you log into your Zia Agents Studio account, you will land on the Home tab. On the left sidebar, you can find the options to navigate between Home, Agents, Agent Studio, Knowledge Base, and Marketplace. Let's look at each tab in detail.
On the Home page, you’ll find a clean and intuitive interface designed to help you quickly discover and create intelligent AI agents tailored to your needs. The central search bar allows users to type in their requirements directly, supported by quick-access tags like Sales Assistant, Technical Writer, Data Analyst, UX Researcher, Marketing Specialist, and more—making it easy to explore agents aligned with different professional roles.
This section lists all the agents that you have created. You can also click the New Agent button, which will direct you to the Agents Studio to create a new agent.
With this button, you can test how your agents actually work in real-time. You can also edit the parameters like module and record ID. For processing your prompts, the LLM will make use of the available tools, KB documents, attachments and query content.
The Deploy button has two options:
This section includes the basic information about the agent: Model, Agent description, Agent role, and Agent instruction.
On the right panel, you will find details on the Knowledge, Tools, and the Guardrails used for the agent.
You can also share your agent
In the Agent studio tab, you can create your own agents for each of the roles that you need to automate.
The agent can be created in two ways.
The tools page provides a centralized view of all the configured tool groups—collections of APIs that can be invoked by the agents to perform tasks.
At the top of the page, you can use the search bar to look for a specific tool group, alongside the options to sort and filter. You can create a new tool group and follow the steps.
The agents require a knowledge base system where they can fetch the required database to process the actions intended. You can upload documents or files that will serve as a guide for the agents to learn and act accordingly. The agents can also revise the documents as and when they are updated at a predefined frequency.
