Transfer domain purchased somewhere else to Zoho Domains
The specifics of the domain transfer process can vary depending on the registrars involved and the ending of the domain being transferred. Domain ending are technically called top-level domain(TLD). It's also important to follow the transfer instructions provided by your current registrar to ensure a smooth transfer process.
Check if your domain is eligible for transfer
Before you start the transfer process, make sure your domain meets the following criteria:

To initiate the transfer:
Review your contact information
On the checkout page, you will need to provide your contact information, including your name, email address, and phone number. Make sure all of your information is accurate, as this is how we will contact you about the transfer process.
Approve the transfer
Once you have reviewed your information and agreed to our terms and conditions, we will submit the transfer request to your current registrar.You will receive an email from your current registrar with instructions on how to approve the transfer. Follow the instructions carefully to avoid any delays.
Wait for the transfer to complete
The transfer process can take up to 7-10 days to complete. Once the transfer is complete, we will notify you via email.
Update DNS settings:
Once the transfer is complete, if you would like to update the DNS settings, then you can visit the Manage DNS page of the domain.In addition, please note that the current expiration date of your domain will be extended by number of registration years upon successful transfer.
