Handling credit notes efficiently is essential for maintaining accurate financial records and managing customer relationships. Zoho Sign's integration with Zoho Books allows businesses to digitally sign credit notes and share them securely with customers.
Steps to sign a credit note digitally using Zoho Sign with Zoho Books
- If you are creating a new credit note, fill out all the details, then click Save and Sign from the action menu at the bottom of your screen.
- Alternatively, open the drafted credit note from the Credit notes module from the left navigation panel under Sales and click Sign Credit Note under the three dots.
- Click Sign Credit Note in the pop-up to confirm your signature in the signature preview.
- Verify the digitally signed credit note and click Send Credit Note. If needed, edit the email contents and click Send.
