Note: 

1. After installation is complete, the details page of every record in the Temps and Contacts modules will have a button labelled Send for Zoho Sign which can be used to send your documents for digital signing.
   
2. A custom module named Zoho Sign Documents will also be created along with the installation of the extension which can be used to access the details of the documents you send for signatures using this extension.
   

Steps to send documents for signature using the Zoho Sign extension in Zoho Workerly:

1. Navigate to the desired module, Temps or Contacts, open the record to whom you want to send documents to and click Send for Zoho Sign.
   
   
   
   
   
   
2. In the pop-up that opens, add the document you want to send for signatures.
   
1. You can either upload files from your device or add them from your attachments.
   
2. You can also add a document from your Zoho Sign Templates if you are a user of Zoho Sign's Professional or Enterprise editions.
   
3. Fill in the recipient details. You can add more recipients by clicking Add Recipients.
   
4. Add a note for the recipients if there is any extra information to be conveyed.
5. Add a description for your own internal reference.
   
   
   
   
   
   
6. Click More Settings to configure the following options and click Save.
   
1. Deadline for signing the document.
   
2. Validity period of the signed document.
   
3. Automatic reminder frequency.
   
   
   
   
   
   
7. Click Next and the pop-up will then redirect you to the Zoho Sign application where you can edit the workflow, add signer fields to the document, and send it out for signatures.
   
8. Once the document has been successfully sent for signatures, it will show up under the Zoho Sign Documents section in the details page of the associated record.
   
   
   
   
   
   

Steps to recall a document sent for signature using the Zoho Sign extension in Zoho Workerly:

1. Navigate to the associated record in the Temps or Contacts module and open the document details page from the Zoho Sign Documents section. Alternatively, you can directly visit the Zoho Sign Documents module and open the document's details page.
2. Click Recall Document on the top right.
   
   
   
   
   
   
3. Enter the reason for recalling the document and click Proceed to Cancel.
