Approvals
This section acts as review checkpoints where all incoming requests, whether it's a review or testimonial, are queued for manual approval. This ensures that each action is valid before any reward is issued or access is granted. It includes two approval sections:
- Reviews
- Testimonials
Reviews
Submissions that require additional verification before awarding points are listed here. Only after approval will the participant receive the reward.

Testimonials
Customer testimonials configured for admin approval will appear in this section. They must be reviewed and approved before being published or rewarded.
To enable manual approval, turn on the Admin Approval toggle when creating the corresponding task.You can manage requests by going to Reviews or Testimonials -> Approvals, selecting an entry, and choosing to approve or reject it.
