Setting up Zoho TouchPoint account

Introduction to Zoho TouchPoint!

Welcome to Zoho TouchPoint, your all-in-one platform to create smart, interactive touchpoints like NFC cards, digital cards, QR codes, and more. This guide will help you set up your account and start connecting instantly.


Create Your Zoho TouchPoint Account

1. Sign in with your Zoho account
2. Create your organization
3. Complete your basic profile details

You’re now ready to build your first touchpoint.



Create Your First TouchPoint

You can create multiple touchpoints depending on how you want people to connect with you.

Choose a mode:

1. NFC Card – physical card you tap on a phone to exchange info
2. QR Code – scannable code for instant access 
3. Digital Card – a shareable smart business card you keep in your phone and show it to people to scan QR code in it and access your info
4. Email Signature – clickable CTA inside your emails

Pick one and click Create.



Customize Your Design

Depending on the mode, you can:

1. Add your photo or logo
2. Choose colors and layout
3. Add custom texts
4. Customize QR code styles
5. Preview the final output

Your design will update live as you edit.


Choose a Destination

Your touchpoint leads users to a final action or page. Select what you'd like your audience to see:

- Website URL
- vCard
- Profile
- Link-in-bio page
- Appointment form
- Lead magnet form
- Survey form
- App download
- Instant message
- Instant email

Configure the fields and save.

You can change the destination anytime, even after activation.


Ordering Your NFC Card (Optional)

If you choose the NFC Card mode:

- Finalize your card design
- Select a destination
- Get it approved
- Place the order using NFC credits (1 NFC credit will be used to order 1 card)
- Enter your shipping details and complete the order

Your order will be printed and shipped by our team. You’ll receive updates at every stage - printing, packing, and shipping.



Activate Your NFC Card

Once you receive the printed card:

- Open the Zoho TouchPoint app
- Go to My NFC Cards
- Select the card you received
- Click "Activate" 
- Your card is now live

Now anyone can tap your card to open your selected destination.


Track Your Insights

TouchPoint automatically tracks:

- Total taps/scans
- Exchanged contacts
- Most used destinations
- Device type
- Top geolocations

Use these insights to understand which touchpoints work best for you.


Sync Your Leads to Zoho CRM

Zoho TouchPoint integrates seamlessly with Zoho CRM to help you nurture every interaction into a real opportunity.

When someone taps your NFC card, scans your QR code, or submits any form (lead magnet, appointment, survey, exchange contact via profile, etc.), the captured data can be:

- Automatically pushed to Zoho CRM (manual push required in beta version)
- Added as a Lead or Contact based on rules you configure
- Enriched with TouchPoint source details (tap/scan, location, device, timestamp)
- Assigned to the right salesperson or workflow
- Triggered into follow-up sequences, tasks, emails, or drip campaigns

This ensures that every connection, whether made offline or online, enters your CRM for nurturing, tracking, and conversion.



Manage & Update Anytime

You can:

- Change destinations on the fly
- Edit designs
- Update contact information
- Pause or reactivate touchpoints
- Create unlimited touchpoints based on your plan

Changes update instantly.

For NFC card touchpoint, you can edit/change destination anytime. No reprinting needed. [However, you cannot change the card design once printed.]
