With this support, you can define the default financial reporting period for the subscriber organization. This setup is crucial for businesses to align their data with accounting and financial processes.
You can define the start month of a fiscal year based on the regional and industry-specific requirements. Additionally, you can also choose how to name your fiscal year in your application based on its start or end month. For example, if your fiscal year runs from April 2024 to March 2025, naming it by the start month will make it 2024, while naming it by the end month will make it 2025.Packaged Fiscal Year Settings
Packaged Fiscal Year settings are configured in the developer console and deployed to subscriber organizations during signup or through upgrades. The Fiscal Year settings that are configured in the developer console will be included in the next version of the application.
