No, an attendee can't start a webinar from a mobile browser.

While Zoho Webinar supports joining webinars via mobile browsers (if enabled by the organizer), starting or scheduling a webinar must be done using the desktop or web dashboard or the desktop app.

What you can do on mobile browsers

• Participate fully(In listen only mode)

Note: Attendees joining via mobile browser cannot be promoted to speaker or co-organizer—they'll remain in view-only mode .

What you can't do on mobile browsers  

• Start or schedule a webinar session.
