What is Ask AI?  

Ask AI is an AI-powered content assistant integrated within the Zoho Sites text editor. It allows you to generate new content, suggest titles, or enhance existing text with various transformation options — all without leaving the editor.

Accessing the Ask AI Feature  

You can access the Ask AI assistant from any text element on a Zoho Sites page using a simple and intuitive interface.

Content Generation Features  

Use the Ask AI assistant to:

• Generate Content: Create full-length paragraphs, blog entries, or descriptions by simply entering a subject or a few guiding keywords.

• Generate Title: Suggest captivating titles based on the provided topic or content.

How to Use Ask AI

1. In the Zoho Sites page builder, click into any text element (e.g., heading or paragraph.) where you want to write or edit content.

2. Click the AI Assistant icon in the toolbar.

3. Choose between:

1. Generate Content

2. Generate Title

4. Provide Input for AI Generation. A topic, such as "Digital Marketing for Small Businesses". keywords, like "eco-friendly packaging, sustainability, cost-effective"

5. Click Send to get AI-generated content.

6. Review the suggestions. If needed, use the Content Regenerate options to try again.

7. Once satisfied, click Accept to add the generated content.

Content Regeneration Features  

If you want to improve or revise existing content:

1. Select the text you want to edit.

2. Click the AI Assistant icon from the toolbar.

Available options include:

• Summarize: Generate a concise version of the text.

• Rephrase: Rewrite while preserving the original message.

• Make Shorter: Trim the content without losing key details.

• Suggest Headline: Recommend new headlines based on the text.

• Punctuate: Automatically correct punctuation for improved readability.

Insertion Options  

You can choose to:

• Insert the AI-generated text above or below the selected content.

• Replace the selected content by clicking the Accept button.

AI Credit Allocation  

AI usage in Zoho Sites is based on monthly credits:

• Free Plan: Includes a one-time 50 AI credits.

• Paid Plan: Includes 50 AI credits per site per month.

You will receive an email notification when you have used 90% of your monthly credits.
