Staff information can be viewed and updated from the Staff section. To access the staff section:
Click Staff in the top-left corner of the menu bar.
Select the required staff from the left sidebar.
Click Staff Information on the middle pane. You'll be able to view the below details.
Name
Email address
Contact number
Primary workspace: Use the dropdown option to select a primary workspace for the selected staff member. The staff booking page will be displayed in the language set in the primary workplace. For example, if French is chosen as Language in the primary workspace under Policies and Preferences, then the staff booking page will be in French.
Role pertains to the different Bookings access permissions. (Admin, Manager, Staff)
Designation pertains to the user's official title at the organization.
Date of birth
Gender
Status: Marking the staff member's Status as Inactive will prevent customers from booking the staff member.
Additional information: This is the description about the staff. This will be displayed on the booking page.
Except for email address, all other fields are editable.
