Integrate non-directory SAML app

Check our app directory to see if the app you need is already integrated with Zoho One.

The steps to integrate non-directory SAML app vary between the three User Interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.

  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory Settings icon  in the top-right corner.

  2. Click App Management in the left menu, the Applications module opens by default.

  3. Click +Add Application, then click Add SSO Apps.

  4. Name the app under Display name, and enter a description if needed.

  5. Click Select SSO mode, then select SAML under SSO Mode.

  6. Enter all SAML details.

  7. Perform attribute mapping, if it's necessary for the app you're configuring.

  8. Click Done, then click Create.

  9. Click Manage App to assign the app to users, Open App to start using the app, or OK to continue adding apps.

  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory Settings icon in the top-right corner.

  1. Sign in to Zoho One , then click Directory in the left menu.
  2. Go to Applications, then click Add Application.
  3. Under Non-Directory App, click Add.
  4. Name the app, and enter a description if needed.
  5. Click Select SSO mode, then select SAML under Sign-In Type.
  6. Enter all SAML details.
  7. Perform attribute mapping, if it's necessary for the app you're configuring.

  8. Click Done, then click Create.
  9. Click Manage App to assign the app to users, Open App to start using the app, or OK to continue adding apps.
