Import Quickbook customers in Zoho Invoice
What is the easiest (and best way) to export Quickbook customers and import them into Zoho Invoice? I tried exporting QB but the file had the contact and bill to as a single field? Also I see no option to import phone #? Can it be done with CSV and if not could I use Zoho CRM to sync up contacts then move them to invoice. I do not wish to subscribe to Zoho CRM just use it long enough to get the contacts as it seems to have better QB integration? Thanks, -DanePayment Thank-You Question
Hello, When a client sends one payment covering say 3 Invoices we now find it easier to record these by clicking on "CUSTOMERS" then "RECORD PAYMENT" This way we don't have to bring up each Invoice plus the client only receives one "Thank You" email. The problem is how do we get the thank you email to include more than one invoice number when our thank you email reads like the following: Dear %FirstName%, This is just a courtesy email to let you know that we have now received your remittance againstQuarterly Recurring Invoice

I have just about recently started using Zoho invoice but I am really disappointed to note that all users have access to other invoice information/ payment / client details. Is there a way to restrict users from accessing admin generated customers/ invoices etc? I want to be able to track each individual staff member's time contribution in a project on Zoho Invoice, but I have no interest in making them users - this is strictly data collection for my use in determining staffing needs. I have loaded our leads contacts into ZOHO CRM with email add on. The CRM part is great to accumulate all interaction with leads which then purchase and become contacts to seel to again in future. I just sent an email to support but just now noticed the New Topic button so I will post here as well. We think we have decided to go with Zoho Invoice and have spend DAYS customizing an Invoice and it's just about there except suddenly %TaxName% and %TaxValue% are empty. The variable is replaced with nothing. All the other place holders work fine in this invoice and %TaxName% and %TaxValue% work fine in other templates just not in the final version of the template. Hi guys, i have a small business and have played around with zoho invoice, with the hope of switching over - as i liked the android compatibly (i.e. i can invoice from my mobile phone) the software has a very clean layout, is simple to use and has some great features. there are a few things though ive noticed, which are standard in other software and i find really usefull, and sure other business would too, that are missing in zoho invoice. i have listed them below. please let me know if any areAutomatic late fees are incorrect
I added an auto invoice due on the 10th. I received the payment on the 8th, but didnt' enter it until the 12th. The main reason I'm using Zoho CRM is the ability to make the work with multiple organizations. I work full time in sales for a heating company and track all my leads in Zoho CRM, I do real estate where I also track my leads there, as well as owning a consulting company that I invoice for, as well as a separate window company that I invoice for. I have an authorize.net payment gateway. I tried to run a live small charge & it is denied. It says issuer denied it. I call CC co & they say the expiration date is off. The expiration is off by one month. I entered February & the CC co says it was sent by the merchant as March. Hi I have imported contacts from Zoho CRM into Zoho Invoice and requested automatic updates. I've noticed though, the sort order in Zoho Invoice does not match Zoho CRM contacts. It seems in Zoho Invoice, to take the Salutation into account as part of the first name sort order. Which doesn't make any sense. Hi, It bothers me each time I view the subscription plans and I couldn't figure it out; besides the upgrade-downgrade, until now. It doesn't make sense to have Unlimited Customers, Limited Customers, then Unlimited Customers! The plans only differentiate in the amount of users rather than customers. Simply have all the plans Unlimited Customers, estimates, etc.; except the number of users would be different. Obviously Zoho wants the standard {low | medium | high}, so leave it at {2 UsersInsert Dates for item billings
