Last week, I was able to add 2 accounts using Exchange ActiveSync via the Outlook App for iOS. Just today, I can't seem to add an email account. Using the iOS Mail App, it works ok.
I am using the regular configuration with msync.zoho.com for server.
Just to add, I know how to do this since I was able to do so for two other accounts. It works on iOS Mail App and not on Outlook App. It was working before. There is no problem with the password as it works on the web and via iOS Mail App. ActiveSync is enabled on the account.
I deleted the two accounts I added before on the Outlook iOS App and now I can't add them anymore. Both accounts can be added via the default iOS Mail App. Clearly ActiveSync works but not for the iOS Outlook App.
The error: Unable to Login - Please check your email, password and try again
Did something change for the iOS Outlook App? Any information and help would be appreciated.
