An "All day booking" in google calendar prohibits booking an appointment even after deletion?

I think I have found a problem... during my testing and trial?
We use Google calendar as our main booking system, and want to add Zohobookings facility to allow customers to book a table.
The Zoho Booking was fitting in well and I can see us using it, before I opened it up for a few friends to pretend to be customers...and they reported they could not make a booking as so many days they selected had "no slots" available?? I did not understand why? 
Here is the problem I have found...
We will often add an "all day booking" manually to our google diary as a warning to ourselves. Eg "Fair in town centre" - "Member of staff leaving early" - "Call supplier re order" added to the day in question, so it is an in-house reminder or warning that we may be busier than usual or a task that needs completing. This is not an appointment, and so does not need to prohibit any appointments being made.
However, this does seem to prohibit any bookings at all being made at all via "zoho-booking" page...
Once I had discovered that an "all day" booking does blocked a customer making appointments, I deleted an all day booking from Google, then forced a sync, yet.......a customer still cannot make an appointment on that day, so it is still unavailable? It seems once an all day booking is noted by Zoho" to prevent an appointment being made the "flag" is not cleared?
I would like to be able to do the following:-
1) We have set up "ONE" of our many tables in Zoho Bookings, that we can control via Zoho booking back office admin eg created a service called "Table One", set up when it is available, removed days we are closed, set start finish times, buffer times etc, so we have control over when that table can/cannot be booked by a customer via on-line form.
I want this to happen regardless of what other bookings have been made in our Google Calendar.

We have more than one table, (in fact we often have 4-5 bookings at the same time on their own table and sometimes shared) and want to be able to offer 1,2 or more tables via online and the remainder via manually adding them in Google. We want to be able to add "an all day" booking as a warning for our use (eg No Saturday Staff) and this not prohibit customers making a booking. I want Table One to be made available regardless of other bookings in the diary.

How can I make this happen? eg make manual bookings without stopping zohobooking making appointments?

Once I had discovered that an all day booking blocked Zohio bookings from making appointments, I deleted the all day booking... however even after forcing a sync, the day in question is still unavailable?
Can you anyone help please?
I know there probably is workaround, eg use different calendars but the point is we have run the business for 7 years and old habits die hard...
