I would like to raise several important product suggestions and issues regarding Zoho Expense:

1. Filter in Admin View → Analytics → Expense Details → Receipt

Is it possible to add a filter that allows us to prioritize or sort reports that have an attached receipt, so they appear at the top?
This would be extremely useful for our internal review and approval processes.

2. Issue with “Export Current View”

In Admin View → Reports → Custom View (after filtering specific reports) → “…” → Export Current View, the functionality does not work correctly.

It does not:

• Export only the selected columns.

• Export only the filtered reports.

• Respect the configured custom view.

Instead, it exports all reports with all columns.

This is of fundamental importance to our company, as we rely heavily on structured exports for financial control and reporting. Please escalate this issue to your development team and resolve it as soon as possible.

3. Customize Columns – Show All Custom Fields

In Admin View → Analytics → Expense Details → Customize Columns, it would be extremely valuable if we could display all custom fields created in both Expenses and Reports.

This improvement would significantly enhance reporting flexibility—not only for us, but for many other companies using your platform.

4. Saved Custom Views in Analytics

In Admin View → Analytics, similar to the functionality in Reports where you can save a Custom View and assign/share it with a specific user, it would be very beneficial to have the same capability in Analytics.

Being able to:

• Save selected columns

• Save applied filters

• Assign or share the view with a specific user or role

would make the Analytics module far more complete and powerful. This would greatly improve usability and team collaboration.

Please take these suggestions into serious consideration and forward them to your product and development teams. Kindly inform me whether these improvements are planned.

I noticed that your last update was on September 30 last year. I hope a new update is coming soon and that some of these improvements can be included.
