Chat not routing correctly to the correct Zobot inspite of filter criteria
I have just implemented the SalesIQ chat via React Native SDK in my mobile app. I have 2 chat options on the app - one for general support and one for advice. I initiate the 2 chats separately and set the department name before initiating the specific chat. Then I've used the Department name to route the chat to the specific Zobot.
The problem I'm having is that the chat is always being picked on the same Zobot and not being routed to the appropriate Zobot. Please advice on how to resolve this issue? I have different set of support team to handle different types of conversations, and need the chat to be routed correctly.
