Recruitment analytics is a combination of data and predictive analysis that provides real-time information to help you hire faster. The Analytics module helps you analyze your hiring data, create insightful reports and help you make better data-driven decisions. Explore every aspect of your hiring process, turn data into actionable insights, and make better recruiting decisions faster with Zoho Recruit's Analytics.
Using the Analytics module, you can answer the following questions and more:
- Which hiring channel provides the best candidates?
- What is the cost of hire for a position?
- What do my best candidates have in common?
- Where in my hiring funnel do most candidates drop out?
Being able to answer these questions will help you make more data-driven decisions while hiring.
Sub-modules
Reports
Zoho Recruit reports are the detailed and informative list of records. Each report provides access to important data required for various purposes. In Zoho Recruit, standard reports are provided in various modules, which can be either used as it is or customized further as per your business requirements.
Dashboards
A dashboard is a pictorial representation of your custom reports, which gives a real-time snapshot of your organization's key metrics. Using dashboards, you can easily visualize the patterns and trends in recruitment and related data. In Zoho Recruit, the dashboard comprises of different types of two-dimensional and three-dimensional charts (components). These charts have been built to calculate and display data dynamically.
Metrics
Recruiting KPIs are numerical insights used to track hiring success and optimize the process of hiring candidates for an organization. Zoho Recruit has gathered four of the best recruitment metrics onto your dashboard, including how to calculate them.
