Support “Never End” Option for Recurring Meetings in Zoho Meeting
Hello Zoho Meeting Team,
Hope you are doing well.
We would like to request support for creating recurring meetings with no end date in Zoho Meeting.
Currently, when scheduling a recurring meeting, Zoho Meeting requires us to select a specific end date. For ongoing internal meetings and recurring customer onboarding sessions that do not have a defined conclusion, we must choose an arbitrary date (such as one year ahead) and later extend it manually. This creates avoidable administrative work and interruptions if the extension is overlooked.
Zoho Cliq already offers a “Never” option when setting recurring meetings, and adding the same capability in Zoho Meeting would provide a more consistent experience across Zoho applications and improve long-term scheduling usability.
Requested Enhancement:
Please allow recurring meetings in Zoho Meeting to be scheduled without a mandatory end date — offering a “Never End” option.
This improvement would greatly simplify our workflow and ensure that important meetings continue running without maintenance overhead.

Hello Everyone, For those who waited for the integration of Zoho Meeting with Zoho One, here is the good news. The integration has been completed and you can now add the Zoho Meeting application in your Zoho One portal. Edition included in Zoho One License You will get Enterprise plan of Zoho Meeting, using which you can host online meetings with up to 100 participants and webinars with up to 100 attendees.
