Tip: #16 Publish your articles directly from Writer to your WordPress or Blogger accounts!
If you're a frequent blogger or just beginning to start writing one, you'd know the difficulty of using two different platforms—writing on your editor of choice to draft the article, and then copy/pasting it to your blog's editor to finally post it.
Well, you can forget about that hassle because Writer lets you draft, collaboratively review and post your article to either WordPress or Blogger directly. It's your all-in-one tool for anything and everything blogging!
Posting to WordPress
Here's how you can use Writer to post your articles directly to your WordPress site:
1. Open your finalized article in Writer.
2. Go to More Options > Automate > Post to Blog.
3. In the Post To Blog panel, select Wordpress.
4. By clicking on WordPress, you will be redirected to its login page. Please enter your credentials here and click Approve to connect Writer with your WordPress sites.
5. Choose the required Wordpress site under the Site header to post the content in your Wordpress account.
6. Now from Publishing options, you can choose when to post the blog. You can either post it immediately or schedule it to make Writer post it for you at any future date or time.
7. You can either save your article as a draft by clicking on Save as Draft or publish it by clicking on Publish.

Posting to Blogger
Here's how you can use Writer to post your articles directly to Blogger:
1. Open your finalized article in Writer.
2. Go to More Options > Automate > Post to Blog.
3. In the Post To Blog panel, select Blogger.
4. In the pop-up window that appears, enter your Google login credentials. This will add your Blogger account to Writer.
5. Choose a Blogger account under the Accounts header. Now under the Blogs header, choose a blog to publish this post and under the Properties header, update the blog title and add labels, if needed.
6. Now from Publishing options, you can choose when to post the blog. You can either post it immediately or schedule it to make Writer post it for you at any future date or time.
7. You can either save your article as a draft by clicking on
Save as Draft
or publish it by clicking on
Publish
.
