One of the multiple ways to keep your inbox clutter free is to categorize your threads under tags. Zoho TeamInbox's team tags let you create tags that your entire team can use and apply to threads.
Why should you use team tags?
- Tags can act as folders that'll hold threads with similar content across inboxes.
- You can keep track of certain topics.
- Find any information easily without rummaging through infinite threads.
- Every member in the team will be benefited by the classifications.
While you can manually apply tags from the email preview, you can also automate the tagging process. Use rules and set a workflow to tag emails that have a certain subject line, or a specific keyword in its content, or are sent from a specific sender, etc. This way all your emails (whether inbound or outbound) will fall into their own category, automatically.
To access the threads assigned with a certain tag, just click on the tag name in the left pane and the tagged threads will be listed.
