We have installed the Wildix integration in Zoho and PBX. It works only for the Zoho admin and not for other users in Zoho. All users have been imported and says so in the company telephony settings.

I'd like to pull new leads from the CRM system, into Creator, on a daily basis. Is this possible? Yes, it is possible. Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM are integrated with each other, enabling you to synchronize data between them. This is done by fetching records from CRM into a Zoho Creator form. In order to achieve this, you'll have to configure a workflow alert in Zoho CRM. If you are not the owner of a scheduled report, Zoho recently removed the capability to see each scheduled report. As an admin who relies on seeing all scheduled reports being sent, this is a terrible update. Now I cannot see ANY scheduled reports...even the ones I am being sent!!
