Relocating from Zoho Connect External to Zoho Connect Internal or Zoho CommunitySpaces... or move off of Connect completely.
This conversation is aimed at Zoho clients that currently use Zoho Connect's External network platform. As I discovered in the comment section of another post, Zoho Connect is halting development of Zoho Connect EXTERNAL networks in favor of the new ZohoGuests can't see files in Groups? Why in the world not?
Our team loves Zoho! We use Zoho One and this works perfect for our team of 8! However, our clients..................are totally unimpressed with our new platform. Our old platform allowed us to create groups for them in which we could : 1. Share Files 2. Chat 3. Create calendar events related to their project. Not being able to share files with them truly defeats the purpose of having a group. Why would a company as great a Zoho not allow this? We are considering canceling our subscription asConnect Manuals: text format lacks font or size selection
We import data from several different sources to produce our Manuals on Connect. In doing so, it needs header assignments/and text consistency, we are unable to do this right now. Cut & Paste is our main function, retracting data from word documents, web documents, and the like. Some basic fonts and font sizes are all that is required for our manuals to look professional to our clients. Thanks! -GinaUsing Connect primarily with Guests
I think the Connect product has so much powerful potential as a community platform. I keep wanting to commit to using it because I love the feature-set and can only imagine how great it will be in the future. Unfortunately as a Solopreneur interested in using it to communicate with external users, Connect, in it's current form fails me in the following ways: 1.) No forum access for Guests 2.) No mobile app access for Guests 3.) Sub-par mobile browser experience for all 4.) No custom app access for[Solved] Unfair price increase ? I feel like trapped

Dear Zoho Team , The area for Articles in Connect should be wider and reponsive . As it is now , their are many waste space while the content area for Article is so small. Hi all, As we can see in the Events Section in Connect, the layout is good, but the colour is super boring and not seperate types of events by colours , we will lose imporatant /Event. Could we allow to create Tag for Event , and each Tag goes with 1 color . On the calendars , events will have colours goes with the tag. We can filter events by Tags. And also , we would like to create custom Event Group ( as cusom Task Board ... ) independently on Users Groups , and we can have Permission on EventAny suggestion about how Connect can be used with Projects?
Really felt amazing when the first time I tried Connect. But later I found that the position of Connect is a bit awkward -- As a user of Projects, I find that almost everything Connect can do is also available in Projects and Projects is even better. Manuals -- Pages (Feature in Projects: Versions) Forums -- Forums (Feature in Projects: Task association) etc... Hello, I think it would be a huge upgrade to Zoho Connect to allow "Quick Edits" of tasks. 1. Currently it is cumbersome to have to click on each task to assign a user, add a due date, assign priority, complete a task, etc. It would be great if there was a way to quickly make these updates when looking at a list of tasks (in any relevant list view such as list or section) without having to click on each task - similar to the method that many task manager programs like todoist do (see attachedGet details for setting up Paypal account for receiving money !!
