Some users report data entry issues beginning this weekend. Trying to figure out if this is a Zoho issue or related to Java 7 update 25 which was released this weekend. Data bases which were working just fine as recently as Friday are not now and we did not make any changes this weekend to our tables or Deluge scripts. Is it legal to copy a form from another application ? I am thinking that contact form it's a common form widespread across multiple websites and we can create a contact form in our website without to have copyright problems, this thing is applying on any form existing in any application ? I want to copy only the structure of the form and reproduce in my web application (which it's not a Zoho Creator Application) without to take code, style (look & feel) and to add/remove fields after needs. We are determining whether to use zoho. One of the features we are looking at is the subform creation. When trying out the subforms in the free version it says our current plan only allows a demo of the subform. Could you please tell me which of the zoho plans include the subform capabilities? I was checking my account tab in ZC today and noticed this: Does anyone know where this new beta feature presents itself? I would guess its available when selecting View Record from a View that has a Custom template assigned to it in the 'Record Summary' section within the View/Report settings page? When I try to use this function though any PDF I export is corrupted and will not open in Adobe Reader. Print option seems to confirm my thinking though as it prints the data as set out in the customMake public to all visitors over the web??

When using zohocreator.exe to upload csv files into a form, there appears to a file naming convention issue.. For example, the following command picks up all the PS* csv files in the same folder Eg : zohocreator.exe c:\myfolder\PS2.csv john mypassword -e order-management -a Order_form imports PS2.csv as well as PS1.csv There also seem to be some issues when Excel is open, but that might be related to the above. I have an income-expense form with a field called "Year" that is populated by On Add -> On Load -> "input.Year = zoho.currentdate.getYear()" I created a view that will print and serve as a report. The view contains the Year field. I need to be able to filter this Income vs Expense view based on the record in the year field but not a STATIC year (ie Year == "2013"). (dit_x / 100 * dit_Y / 100 * dit_q * dit_pricem2).round(2) I would need to upgrade it conditionally in a way, that if the result is less then 2 it would display number 2 in the field (which is the minimum we charge). When saving a Deluge Script that has certain syntactical errors the system says "Updating Script...." and will sit forever in this state. The script will never be updated and no error will ever appear. The only way to resolve the issue is to refresh the screen and enter the script again. Because there is no error reporting you have to find the error on your own. Of course this is less than ideal and could make life difficult for coders new to Deluge syntax. Creator is not allowing a certain field type change on stateless forms. When trying to change a field from a Numeric to Decimal type in a stateless form the system allows the user to select the Numeric field for changes. As in the past, the system then allows the user to open the drop-down associated with the selected field and also allows the user to choose the new field type from the drop-down list. I have a form that my salesmen use to ask for maintenance for our customers. I used a zoho.loginuser so that each salesmen can see ONLY his entries. Once they submit a form, I have to edit the entries in view mode, in order to let them see when I've processed their request. I like the "Show a link to add new entries" option that you can enable in Forms on lookup fields. However, I want the option to pass values from the current form to the "Add new entry form" You can already pass values through the URL but when using Add New, you cannot pass any parameters. Quick question: I've created a dynamic pick-list that updates based on the value of a another field (field_A). The filter criteria for the pick-list was entered during form creation. My problem: the pick-list updates correctly if I manually enter a value into field_A, but not if field_A is updated via a script. Shouldn't it behave the same in either case?.
