Hi We have 4 separate applications which have worked perfectly for several months. The applications are exposed within an iframe with form and view snippets. Suddenly all 4 applications come up with the following error message. Error details: Error occured while executing on user input script. Unable to update variable Error occured. An email has been sent to support with snippet details and access to one of the applications concerned. The applications are currently unusable. The coding has notdate email trigger
For my application, my customers contact me by submitting a form on my app, and then I email them back. I am trying to make it so, the customer gets 4 days to email me back (so I can tell if they are serious or not), and would like to get an email notification by that 4th day if they haven't contacted me, so I can delete them. why can I not save my customize form after changing all the settings such as background colour and fonts. also is there a way to change the actual overall of the form width and height with border around it. Hi! I developed evaluther apps using the 15 days free trial with the end in mind that the client will upgrade this to a paid account. However, there were issues that they are still waiting for Zoho to respond to. 1. Inability of the system to create reports using data captured by multiselect forms. 2. Currency field configured with Philippine peso sign (Php). But when data is fetched by the report builder, the $ sign appears instead. 3. In my Invoice application I have parent form Invoice and a subform Invoice Lines. When a new line is added in the subform a script copies the unique id form the parent (Invoice) to the child (Invoice Line). This works fine when I create a new Invoice. However when I edit the invoice and then add a line in the subform the reference is not copied. The script is triggered but it seems that the parent field (input.INVOICE_ID) is empty in edit mode. IvanIs it possible to add UTF-8 support to ZOHO view ?

Sorry to be so ignorant on database forms and formulas, however, I created this simple db and cant figure out how to calculate the number of days between dates entered. we have level of care date 1 and level of care date 2 and so on. Why do these updates cause so many problems and break so many features so frequently? Why is there not thorough testing done using multiple browsers?? The latest platform update has broken the display of alert messages. This can be replicated this by testing an "On Edit / Validate" script which cancels form submission and generates an alert message to the user. All that happens is a generic "Failed to update" error is displayed without the alert message specified in the script. I was looking at the upgrade options for Creator and when I view it while logged into zoho, the number of reports for Basic are 5 and for Standard are 10. When I view the pricing options when not logged into zoho, the number of reports for Basic are 2 and for Standard are 2. Why the discrepancy? Btw, Creator is great! Hi, i have a problem where a user inputted quite a lot of data via the form and my deluge script is failing. So is there a way to fetch the records in batches? There is a checkbox that is invisible to the users that is by default checked. So this way i can distinguish the new records. Hi there, Here's the situation i have: In the Main form, i have a Lookup field called year. This is setup as a dropdown. It's lookup definition is to grab Recruitment_Year from Reference form. Recruitment_Year in the Reference form can be the same for multiple records. In my forms I always comment on what the user is supposed to enter in the fields by including a short text in a field of type Note. These comments are displayed with irregular line spacing. It looks quite ugly. Support has edit access to my app. I use Firefox 3.5.8. Regards, Filip
