Organize app menu by dragging menu items in live mode
Hello, Is't possible to allow to Administration users to change menuitems order by dragging them in Live mode (in same Section or move to another Section) - now it's very slow to do (in my App - I have 24 Sections and 476 Menu items - so it's a big job to reorganize it - and also you need always to switch to live mode or refresh page to take a best position of item)Create a Report with Criteria calling a function

Hi friends, I'm trying to create a database to replace an existing excel worksheet. One of the requirements is that we can print labels that contain various pieces of information about each record. They are not simply name / address, but I suppose that's as good a place to start as any. We currently update the information in an Excel spreadsheet, do some concatenation and formatting in another sheet, and then do a mail merge in MS Word against that sheet using an SQL query through MS Query. dear all, I created a sub-form for people to input their working/education experience. Since it is required to have a consecutive date record, so we have to make sure the "start date" in the next entry are one day after the "end date" in previous entry. for example. the "end date" in first record is 20/01/2001, then the "start date" in second record must be 21/01/2001. Very strange the other day when loading up the ZC app to discover that all but the form and one report had vanished from the app menu. They're all there when logging on to the web version and am wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem or has an answer to the problem?!Move records from one form to another

Dear ZOHO , while using Date-Time functions in zoho creator I noticed that the eomonth() function is not working properly. It returns wrong values for dates in February. If February has 29 days eomonth(<date_in_february>,0).toString() returns “YEAR.03.02” / 2 nd of March and if February has 28 days eomonth(<date_in_february>,0).toString() returns “YEAR.03.03” / 3 rd of March. I'm using an iframe for the first time since the parameters were changed to be saved in Zoho rather than specified in the iframe. Ive added the same '=transparent' code I had previously but I'm ending up with a thin white line below the text for each field (see URL). Also when a lookup field is used (dropdown) it appears as transparent rather than white making it unreadable. I am trying to add a calculated formula field to achieve the number of days between two dates. I can get the number of days but my answer has two decimal places and I dont want any. Can anyone help? I am finding the calculated formulas very difficult to understand and the "help" pages seem to require a certain amount of prior knowledge on the subject to begin with which i just don't have!Is there a premium support option for Zoho Creator?
The long, multi-day delays to get a support response via email just won't cut it for my particular needs. Is there a premium support option available to purchase that will get faster results for support? I really want to go full-bore with Zoho, but the support time-frames make me very hesitant. I don't mind paying for better support and a higher SLA, I just have to have it.Report
Hello, I have a "workshop" report that shows data from my "workshop" form. I also have customer field in my "workshop" form, that data populates from a "customer" form. I would like my workshop report to produce all my workshop data, and have two fields from the selected customer displayed i.e. Customer Name and Email Address. However I would like these to be listed as two separate columns on the report. I am sorry if I haven't explained this very clearly, please ask for more information, butAnybody notice issues overnight?

Hi, I have a Wordpress based membership site with restricted access to many pages. One of these pages accesses a ZOHO Creator report. When I set up a "published" report, the only options are to view and print a selected record. However, I wish to enable my registered users to access an "embedded" report where they also have the ability to edit and delete records. I downloaded the Zoho creator App to my ipad. I can sign in and my apps(Form) is present but when I try and access my form to fill out, it kicks me out of the App completely to my ipad home page. I am not sure that I published it correctly.How to rename pdf?
Hi all, I have a formula to download an html view as a .pdf file. When it downloads, the filename is beo.pdf (my page is called BEO). Is there anyway I can name the file with some fields from the view (ie mmddyy_title_beo.pdf or similar?) The "Custom Web App" Template in MS Access 2013 is designed I believe to be "created" on SharePoint or on what MS call the Home365 versions that support (via shrepoint again as I understand it). Dear All, I have an HTML Page and I embedded a form and a report inside of it. As you can see when I am trying to delete a record the 'window' with the Delete, Duplicate, Print options is working like this. I have an app whereas I created a function to add record that autofills a related form field and then script in that form (on user input) fetches the information and autofills additional fields. I set up the function to open as a popup window. This works to initiate the "on user input" actions when the lookup fields is autofilled via the function. When I use the aggregate records average function the result looks to be inaccurate. Exporting the report to Excel or Google Sheets and averaging the column returns a different result than Zoho did using the aggregate records average function and displaying the results in a html page. I believe it might have to do with blank fields within Zoho's averaging range that might not be ignored. So what can be done to fix this or increase the accuracy of the returned results? I have a field "Art Due Date" that is calculating a date for 5 days before another date in the form. It's been workin for 2 years and then last week every time someone tried to edit a record using the form with this calculated field they would get this error "Invalid Field Found Field Name : Art Due Date" and would be unable to save the record. I changed the setting on the field properties by unchecking the "Make the field visible in the Form" and I was able to successfully save/revise records.How to configure report to show empty fields as empty spaces?

Have an issue using the Aggregate Records Count function and displaying the results in a HTML page. Zoho's example seems simple enough. Or I'm just missing the mechanism that displays aggregate record count? What is the best way to get Zoho support? I submitted two different support requests (and left voice messages) last week that were critical to not only the usability of my application but the roll out of the application (which has now been delayed by a week with no solution or timeline in sight). I was wondering that if a user input their CRM name into a form that the creator would be able to fill out the rest of the form based off of that field alone. Dear all, My question is simple and short. As you can see in the attached image, I would like to know if there is any way to create shortcuts in the Zoho mail apps shortcut (in the left of the panel) with some sections of my Zoho Creator application. In my example, I would like under the Links shortcut to have Admin Functionality and Inventory setup shortcuts. Hello everybody. I'm trying to implement a sort of function that allows every single user to choose on which data sets he can work on. I found no problem with the FORMs by creating a table on which I save a sort of cookie for the user. The problem is with the VIEWs: I cant' make the view access that table and select the proper criteria selector (ie: the company). Is there a way to make the dynamic view criteria work? In a formula field, I am trying to subtract days from a date field. The formula field displays the correct date, but also includes the time. Is there a simple way to strip the Time and display only the date? I know it can be done in a tedious way, by creating more formula fields, convert to string, then getPrefix, then convert back into a date, etc, but i was hoping there was a way to accomplish this all within the one Formula field. Hello, I am using Zoho CRM and recently created some registration forms using Zoho Creator. I have embedded these forms in my website. I have noticed, however that when I am not logged into Zoho - these forms are not accessible - asking for a username and password. I need people to subscribe via my website.
