How do you maintain endnotes when copy / pasting?
I work across multiple documents within Zoho Writer. I have recently noticed that when I copy and paste some text from one document to another, the endnotes I had in the original document get wiped out in the new document (the hyperscript number in the text turns into a regular number and the endnote itself disappears). I am a journalist and need to keep my citations in tact. Does anyone know how to maintain endnotes through copying and pasting?
Zoho Docs Local Backup
Hi Team, Thank you for the outstanding work. I was happy to use the Zoho Docs App, but when checking on the folders that were actually stored on my device I noticed most of them, if created online in Zoho Docs (I guess), were stored as a URL link and not really synced on the device. Accidentally and employee deleted a very important file, how to recover from Zoho docs
So one of my employees deleted a file form zoho docs, I got an email from zoho and I immediately sent a recovery request email to abuse@zoho.com I have not received a reply. please help recover file. I also do not understand why the file did not appear in employees' or my trash can.
Top bar is not shown in the Swedish version
When I switch the language from English to Swedish the top menu bar disappears. There is an error in the browser console: Loading failed for the <script> with source “https://js.zohostatic.com/fcomponents/v2_40/topbar/js/sv:SE.js”. I am also attaching a screenshot to illustrate the issue better.
Unable to open/preview docs since today
Hello there Zoho Support! Since today We're not being able to visualize/open any document directly from our Zoho Docs repo (.zsheet, .zdoc, pdf, etc) Is there an issue currently with the system itself? Error when trying to open a File with Local Zoho Docs
Hello there Zoho Support! As the title implies I'm getting the following error when I try to open up a file "locally" using the Zoho Docs Desk app, specifically an excel file that was converted to Zoho Sheet format. I'm facing this issue with various files after some time, I've tried reuploading them and they work fine for a while but after some modifications on them (standard day-by-day basis work) they start failing Kind Regards.

We are in the Zoho Workplace version and have used Zoho Docs. When creating a folder and sharing for a group of users, users are not able to view through Zoho Docs Desktop Synchronizer. Only in Zoho Docs Web
Can't restore document
I deleted a document by mistake. I know what the procedure to restore the file is, but every time I click on Restore, it doesn't. Trash in progress. Please wait appears on the lower right part of the screen and the file is still deleted after.
How do I export document detail properties (Image name & Permalink
URL) to Excel
Our product range is extensive and we have up to four images per item which we have to publish on our website. Our images are being stored in Zoho Docs. We need to find a solution where I am able to create a report that I could export to Excel that will show me the image name as well as the permalink URL for that image, which we could use for website image purposes as opposed to open each image properties box and copy and pasting the Permalink to our website.

Is it possible for a user to add a font for use in Zoho Docs documents? I would like to add Ubuntu fonts. If not, what would it take to get Zoho to include Ubuntu Fonts?
