Can't Add New Slides, but Can Duplicate Existing Slides
I hadn't used Zoho Show for a few years but I've just come back to it to take advantage of its excellent feature set. I have a presentation file that has more than 130 slides. What is odd about this presentation is that while I cannot add new slides, I can duplicate existing slides. So I can still sort of add a new slide by first duplicating an existing slide and then wiping its content, but I do not like the extra hassle. I do not have this problem with a newly created presentation file. Any ideaZoho docs - embedded slideshow producing error
Users accessing a page with an embedded slideshow in Chrome or Firefox see an error: The page at https://docs.zoho.com says: Permission Denied. You are not authorized to perform this operation. Below this is an OK button. Clicking ok, and the slideshow displays fine. Hello, I have read other discussions about similar issues, with temporary fixes, but I am still having problems with missing text boxes in my exported PDF files from ZOHO Show. They are within the size of the page, not overlapping other objects, and I have no idea why they wouldn't appear. I hit "save as" and tried to export to PDF from a duplicate file, and even more text boxes were missing. Any advice? Thank you for your helpautoplay won t work with embeded video

My embedded slideshow display is not working properly. The autostart on load is not functioning, and the timed display of new slides isn't working even after clicking to the next slide. Also, the helper menu at the bottom of the slideshow is displaying when it shouldn't. Can I ask if this is more likely a problem on your end, or something only affecting my embedded display? When I try to upload an image to my library, I get the following error: Internal Server Error while processing this request. I see the progress bar of the upload go to complete quite instantly, but new images are not added or available for use. This is preventing me from updating my slideshow. Any advice? I use Zoho Presentations with Chromecast at work. We cast the external urls from a Chrome browser to TVs in our shop to keep people updated on things. I have six individual presentations, however 2 no longer loop, nor does adding '&loop=true' work anymore. All of the presentations were created at the same time with the same base settings, but I've had this problem off and on where one or more will refuse to auto loop. I've gone to Advanced settings, made sure auto loop is turned on for embedded/externalamount of collaborators shown incorrectly
I have a online presentation, which I want to share with my colleague. It is currently shared with 1 person and I want to add another one. But when I go to sharing it says, that one document can only be shared with maximum 3 collaborators in the free version. I use only the free version, but as stated so far I only have 1 collaborator for this document... When I attempt to animate a bulleted list in Zoho Show 3.0, the default animation is "Fly In." If I click on "More Animation Options," the "Animation Pane" is blank under "Animations" and the "Options" button to the right does not work. In other words, I can only use "Fly In" as the default animation and cannot get to any of the other animation options. Hi there! After I found out why sometimes text gets lost after exporting the presentation as PDF (to large for field), I fixed it and tried to export it again. But now it won't generate a PDF anymore. No matter how often I've tried, saved it with a different name, tried it from another PC - it just won't generate a PDF. Hi I have tried to create a simple hyperlink from Slide 1 to Slide 2 (and back) before doing anything else with this. However I have tried highlighting the text and clicking hyperlink / slides / slide 2 and tried selecting the text box and inserting the hyperlink. Both ways nothing happens?? Hey, I have a share.epsb. account, and I'm doing a presentation with Zoho, but there is a page popping up that is shown as gray, and I can't seem to get rid of it. I have a looped presentation embedded on my site which until recently would start automatically when the iframe loaded. Within the last several days, the slideshow no longer starts automatically - the user must right-click and select "next" for the presentation to display. Is this related to the recent loop fix? Hi, I have a problem exporting my presentation to PDF. When I select Export to PDF, Zoho says "download in progress", but no file is sent from server. Looking at Javascript console, I see some messages that may be related. Hi, I want to create a presentation using Zoho Show and then print it on regular A4 paper. The preset options for slide size is adjusted to screen size (16:9 and so on) and not paper sizes (A4 and so on). Is it possible to create a slide in a format like A4 that i can then print? I've already done this before in the past, but the functionality seems to have been lost. I want to use Show to run a slideshow on a large screen in our call centre to show performance updates from Creator. So I want to embed half a dozon different Views from Creator into a Show presentation, where the content is being dynamically updated from the application. So then we would be showing top performers, remaining availability, etc in real time. When I try to insert the Link and/or I-frame snippetUploaded PPTX and the backround and font color changed from original.
