Major concern with new builder layout
The thing that I loved the most in the web browser builder was that everything was on the same screen. There was no need for multiple pop-ups. You have increased the amount of clicks i.e. actions that are necessary to build a form and when "properties"iPad "invalid organization"
When I log into my account on my iPad, I receive the "invalid organization" response. I can get past it but what gives? Does not happen on Android or PC.Document Merge not working?
We use the document merge feature constantly during the day to prep reports for clients. Its not working today - tried different entries, tried different documents, tried to send it to different email address, checked spam - nothing. Dear Zoho Corp., among other activities we provide maintenance for wastewater and rainwater plants. I was trying to set up a checklist module for each one of them to address the specific activities that has to be performed on each plant. I liked Zoho Form integration with the other apps of the suite but the product seems pretty limited. I've sum up a list of suggestion we hope could be taken into account for development. Firstly, I love all zoho products, they have made my life so much easier. Some of the forms I collect, will gather various dates. I would like to use the dates collected to trigger reminders. Eg if a due date is collected I would love to be able to set up an email trigger several days prior to the due date, and then again on the due date. I have subscriptions for Zoho Recruit and Zoho Forms. I have built a new candidate registration form in Zoho forms. I have used this as it gives me the ability to include logical questioning and can be easily shared through social media etc. This is superior to the forms that are available in Zoho Recruit. You announced the possibility to integrate Zoho Recruit and Zoho Forms with Zapier. I have done this and found it an excellent and easy app to set up for a person with limited skills. I was looking at the new Zoho forms, and sadly there was no integration option with recruit. I was looking for a way to map fields from Recruit into the form. Then have it setup so that once a form was submitted, I could have a field updated in Zoho Recruit, as well as have a PDF of the signed/executed document archived in the candidate record, as well as e-mailed to the candidate and recruiter. The goal being to automate the forms collection process from candidates (RTR's, HR/Onboarding forms, etc.).2 different forms created but both show the same PDF title
Hi there, We use 2 forms for online payroll time sheets. One is named Crew timesheet and the other is named Performers timesheet but when emailed to the end users it shows Crew as the title of the file even if its from the Performers timesheet. I have a form tht I create. It is fairly large in scope, but it loads extremely slowly (mostly not at all) on ipads or tablets, but loads perfectly fine on any desktop computer. Hi! I just noticed that the PDF generated by a Zoho Form is editable by any PDF editor, or in other words, the PDF doesn't have the security setting that prevents edits enabled. I've been checking out the PDF settings offered by Zoho Forms and it looks like this setting isn't available. Would it be possible to configure the PDF so that it's not editable? Hi! My office is using Zoho Forms extensively and we've noticed that there's no correspondence between the form pages and the PDF pages. Given that each form page is a separate page by intent and design, the lack of correspondence translates into a rather confusing PDF. Wouldn't it be nice to have a check in the PDF settings to preserve the correspondence between pages? Thanks for the great product!Forms Email Notification
I have my forms email notification set with a subject line of the form title and form body to both give me the name of the form. This has been working until recently, not I just get "Online Contact Us Form Received" What do I do to correct this back to showing my notification email subject lines? Thank you for any asistance. Quick little question: In ZOHO-CRM the twitter ID exists as an available field (which I find useful!). But in ZOHO-Form builder I do not find this option. How do we do this, do we just simply add @ before a 'single line' field?Shouldn't mapping CRM fields to Form-fields auto-populate or update these fields?
I have integrated ZOHO-CRM with ZOHO-Forms and I have linked/mapped every field in my Form to fields in my CRM (Leads). Also I have activated 'update info with existing Lead-contacts', but the information does not populate these before-mentioned fields! Instead a pdf-file (of the filled-in form) is added to the 'Lead'. What did I do wrong?Webhooks not sending on submit?
Desired behavior: on a user submitting the form, the data is collected into json format and POSTed to an endpoint. Current behavior: user submits form, data is logged in zoho forms, but I never receive a POST with the data. Please note that this was working properly when I set these forms up in November, last known date of working was February 28th. Hi, I love the way matrix fields are working, but when we use Forms at iPad, the matrix table dont adjust for the wide of the screen of an iPad. It just two of the column that shows, so the user have to slide to get the 3.th and 4th column. It seems that is lots of space so its not problem with that. Hello, So I currently have PDFs sent to me for each form submission that I get through ZOHO. The form defaults to the title "joinus.pdf" which I assume is associated with the title of the form I created. Is there any way to customize the title of the form that is sent with the form submissions to reflect data that is entered. For example I want to forms to be saved in a format that includes the name of the submitter and the date submitted. Is that something that is possible?Allow record updates in existing modules
With the field aliases introduced earlier, it should no longer be a problem to allow record updates for custom modules. The record ID can be easily inserted as a field alias in the url via a workflow script and placed in a disabled field on the form. As many other people have noted, we are having problems with 20+ spammy leads coming in daily. This has been happening more and more over the past few weeks. We do have a captcha enabled, but it does not seem to be stopping anything. This is really a pain and a waste of time. Can something please be added to perhaps block spam better?Partially completed form.
In order to have an effective working day, our sellers fill in as many fields as possible before meeting customers. Earlier, they could put iPad into sleep mode, then retrieve the ZohoForms app and complete the form and submit it. They did not close Zohoforms, just let it down. This is now no longer possible in iOS, the information from the form disappears, and you will get to the front page where you choose which form to use. How can we solve this? Hi, I'm building a form using the form builder. Please can somebody tell me if there's a way of copy and pasting certain fields? I.e. I'm building a client fact find. I want a question that says 'is there another applicant'. Build a rule to say if yes, then it asks all the same questions for applicant 2. Hi I am building my application form. One of the field require applicants to type biology but no more than 450 characters. After I set this field's property: Range to min 1 ~ max 450 characters, I tried to test if it works. Unfortunately it doesn't work. I tried to paste over 500 ~ 1000 character in this field, but the form didn't check or pop-up any warning. The form just pass to another page. These two security features are available to those forms embedded into Zoho Creator for mobile apps. So I thought Zoho Forms would include these too. However, I cannot find anything related to IP restrictions (ie, only one form per IP allowed) or geo-fencing on Zoho Forms user guide. Can anyone confirm if Zoho Forms support these features? Hello, Is it possible to match a checkbox input to a attachment in a mail? For example. I have three different PDF Files (A,B and C). If someone fills in a form and checks the boxes A and C an automatic mail will be send to the e-mail of the person who has requested those files. Those PDF files (A and C) will be attached to the automatic mail that is send. So I have a Zoho form that I use for perspective customers to fill at trade shows. This then creates a lead in my Zoho CRM. I would like it if there is a way so that when someone fills out the form it automatically marks the field lead source as Trade show, and the name of the trade show in another field. These are both fields already created in my CRM, just not sure how to attach them to the form. Any and all help would greatly be appreciated. Thank you.Guest User
