gmail extension really needs a link back to the original email!
Please add a link back to the original email into the zoho projects gmail integration so that once the task is completed the relevant email can be easily found and replied to to update the client of the progress/completion or ask for additional information. Todoist does this brilliantly in their gmail integration and I used their task management because of this seamless email > task > email with a single click without leaving your inbox feature. I am now trying hard to migrate my businesses to usingZoho CRM Gmail Extension (as opposed to Chrome Extension)
hey all, i wanted to throw an idea out here related to Gmail. currently, Zoho CRM has a Chrome Extension that overlays the crm sidebar on top of gmail. now that Gmail has released it's latest and greatest version that supports Gmail Extensions directly within Gmail (agnostic to any browser), it would be super helpful if the Zoho CRM team could port the Chrome Extension over to a native Gmail Extension. When adding a new email address as a contact to existing account inside GMail, the widget does not auto-complete and does not allow searching for existing account. The result is that if the account name was not written EXACTLY as it is in Zoho, a new account will be created for the contact. The widget should work like the ZOho CRM Email add-on works for adding a contact - there's a search button next to account selection box, which verifies the name typed and suggest similar names.
