Billing, invoicing and rebates
I have an agent who is selling my services (computer repair) to consumers. When the repair is finished, I want to create a bill for the end user who will pay the agent the amount specified. The agent will then pay me the amount on the bill minus a fixed percentage commission or perhaps the full amount and then receive a rebate later. Does Zoho support such a process? I don't need to track whether the end-customer pays the bill but rather whether my agent has paid me.

I inherited a generic email account from a previous employee. Now whenever issuing invoices it sends from this - message-service@sender.zohoinvoice.com - and in the old employee name. Is there anyway I can change this, as the previous employee does not know how? The name on zoho email is perfectly fine.

Hi! Is there a way to have both inclusive and exclusive taxes? For example, lets say I have an item with sales price 1000 and I want to have Tax1 [20%] inclusive to that price, but also a Tax2 [24%] added to that price (total 1240). Is that possible? Thank you

Hi, I am looking for clarification on the available payment gateways for Zoho Invoice. There used to be more than I see under the setup. So I am wondering: Can you integrate Google Wallet? Are there plans for Apple Pay integration? Are the plans for Dwolla integration? If none of the above, is there a custom option and a tutorial where we can set up these or other gateways? Payment Terms Option
Hi, I would like to ask about payment terms option for estimate. When we create the estimate, there are only 3 option of payment term for me to choose. But, in the contact details, there are more option stated. Net 60 was selected in the contact page but during the estimate creation, there are no option for net 60. So, how to add new payment term (net 60) in the estimate form. Kindly, please assist. Thank you.
Controlling the size of the company logo on Invoices and Estimates
My logo is 2" wide, but prints 6". Within the template section, are there qualifiers inside the % that can be added that will control the printed size of the logo? See attached example.

CRM and Invoice integration
I used to have access to the invoice module in my CRM. Now, that option is gone. I tried to reintegrate, but the Invoice option is not present. If I log directly into Invoice and look at the integrated apps and the CRM is still present in my integrated apps, but I have this message next to the integrated CRM app. I have not changed editions, what has changed? How do I fix this? Looks like there's a problem! Your Zoho CRM edition does not support this module

How to remove past "Item Details" when making an invoice?
Sometimes it's useful to have past "Item Details" and sometimes it's not. When one wants to remove a past Item Detail, how does one do it? Hitting delete doesn't work. Right clicking shows no option to delete.

Hi, Is there a way I can enter the discount in amount, instead of mentioning it in percent terms? For example, if the price of book is $10 and, I sell it for $8. How to manually set timesheet entry to Billed?
I have a project where the billing is based on the project hours... with a twist. The twist being that at the end of the month, I look at my Timesheet entries, sum up all the project hours, and then I round them up to the nearest half-day (a half-day being 4.5 hours). When I am creating the invoice monthly, I am creating it manually (not generated through the project) so that I can edit the amount accordingly. Only problem is, there seem to be no way of manually flagging timesheet entries as Billed!!

Hello all, I use Zoho Invoice for a farm business that sells meats. Many of my products sell by the pound, and packages are not identical weights. For instance, I raise chickens. People buy many chickens (sometimes 30 plus), and they each line item is the same except for the weight. I find that generating invoices takes a long time for these large orders, since i have to start by looking up the item name in the list each time. (Faster Internet would probably help, too, but that's not on the horizon.)

I am just exploring Zoho Timesheet and Invoice to see if it fits our needs. 1. Is there some way to enter timesheet start and end times using 12 hour clock and AM/PM? 2. From the old zoho version: I'm pressing on the little Invoice icon and I'm getting a blank screen. From new zoho version: The little 'invoice' icon is not even available. I can log in to my mail and everything in Mail is working perfectly except for switching to zoho invoice. Hi, I'm having some difficulty figuring out how to use this particular placeholder in my email templates. In my Invoices, I have the field for "Project" checked, and fill in the name of the project as I do for all other fields in the invoice. This is not a custom field, but rather one that seems to be a standard optional field in Zoho. My evaluation continues - so far, mightily impressed by Zoho Invoice. I've typed quite a few invoice lines and estimate lines in but got a bit tired! Is there a limit on the number of lines that can be added to an invoice or estimate? Likewise,is the API restricted to the same limit?
Invoices Not Displaying Correct Values for Time Sheet (hourly) Based Billing
When creating an invoice from time sheets, using the "Service - Professional" template, the Qty column displays "1" and the Rate column displays the Rate*Hours (total amount), and the Amount column displays the total amount. This is not the way the information should be displayed or populated. As an example of properly populating the invoice, if number of hours billed is 10, and the rate for services is $150/hour, then the Qty = 10, Rate = $150, and Amount = $1500.
