Automatically add tax to invoice?
Hi there, I'm trying Zoho Invoice. It seems pretty functional so far. However, when I create an invoice it doesn't automatically include taxes. I've defined one, and I can select it against a task while creating the invoice but that leaves me open to making mistakes and forgetting to add the tax. Which I'm prone to do. So far I haven't seen a way to define default tax for a customer, project, or task. Is there a way? Thanks, AndrewPage number in invoices (PDF)
Hello Zoho, is there any possibility to add page numbers in multi page invoices when generating a PDF file? Generally it would be greate if there were a possibility to add a kind of a "footer" element in the invoice template, which appears on every page in the generated PDF file. I need to import invocies generated before switching to Zoho Invoice. My invoices show 2 taxes (Federal and provincial taxes). In the provided samle of csv files, we can see 2 taxes (tax1 and Tax2). We've been using Zoho Invoice now for just under a year, and overall I really like it. That said, our accountant insists that we keep using Quickbooks for our business operations because Zoho Invoice is only an invoicing app. We looked at Zoho Books, but it's not even close to meeting our feature requirements. I have my Zoho account linked with Stripe, but when I create a PDF invoice, at the bottom it says "Pay with credit card using Stripe" and there's an image of a little payment button, but in the PDF that button is just a picture, and clicking it doesn't do anything. It's pretty good (especially the QR code scanning when adding items to the invoice, oh my goodness it's so good) but there's 1 thing that I wish it had -anCalculating item rate automatically based on item total amount...
Currently, it seems that there is no way to add an item to an invoice, enter a quantity, and then enter a total amount for that quantity and have the software calculate the item rate automatically. Instead, you have to choose your quantity and guess at the item rate until you figure out a combination that matches the item total that you're looking for.
