change date format within zoho invoice 2.0
Does anyone know if it's possible to change the date format display on pages for inputting data from the US format (MM-DD-YY) to the UK format (DD-MM-YY). Note, the date format option on the Organisation Profile ONLY affects MAIN display screens, NOT data input screens. As an aside, it should be possible to use UK spellings rather than US spellings - organisation vs organization. Perhaps there should be a 'locale' setting, which would provide global options like default currency, dictionary, datePayment Terms - 20 days from EOM

We are test running ZOHO products so that we can use it for our operations. But we need to know the possibility of of customizing the invoice template to have a semblance of our excel template. Attached is a sample of how our existing invoice looks like. The emphasis is on the sub-topics A, B and C and there may be more or less depending on the job. Hello! I have a questions about Zoho Invoice. On the ,y dshboard it shows a graph of yearly income. There are 3 numbers. 1 - Total Sales 2 - Total Receipts 3 - Total Expenses. My question is What is the difference between Sales and Reciepts? I would think they should be the same but maybe I made an error somewhere? Selected clients receive a not-to-exceed budget for each project. First, a timesheet project is set up for each client project. Then, within the timesheet project setup I add the budget in the budget field. I clicked on "synchronize now" in the GoCardless integration settings in Zoho Invoice. The order has been recovered and is visible in the client account on Zoho Invoice. Hi, I am trying to import my bank transactions directly from my bank to then match them to my invoices. However - My bank does not use payment numbers and invoice seems to need that field as it is mandatory. Is there a way to delete the field or make it not mandatory anymore? I'm hoping someone could help me figure this out. Consider the following example: Set rounding preferences to no rounding. Create a project with a rate of $100/hour. Log time for a task that was 30 minutes. The dashboard accurately shows 30 minutes of billable time. I like the auto-reminder function for Invoices. It's a good way to get paid! However, I find that it is not possible to set a reminder longer than 150 days after the invoice due date. Now usually I'm paid well before 150 days, but occasionally a customer needs reminding after this point and I would like to be able to continue to send automatic reminders. Hi, I was wondering if it may be possible in the future to use www.squareup.com as a payment gateway so when i use my square up credit card slider and a payment is made zoho invoice will see that is was paid via square up however i would have to reflect the Invoice# on square up in order for this to work? just a suggestion i am sure there would have to be some interaction with the square up company in order for the two to work seamlessly. Is there a way to change the column width in PDF invoices created by Zoho? I couldn't find any way to change the physical layout, aside from the content contained in each column (i.e. text). By default, the "Amount" column is wayyyy too wide, making my Description section too small as a consequence. I'd like to be able to customize the estimate section so if I sent a proposal to a client I can set up like a trigger system so that the customer can select optional services in the estimate. Is this possible and how can I do that? I was thinking perhaps Creator can link up with Invoice somehow and then i can create options for the customer to add or delete in the estimate section. Hi, We regularly have invoices that need to be sent in PDF to the clients. Legally speaking it is required for each such invoice to : - show the reference of the invoice clearly identified on each page, - show on all pages the indication of the total number of pages of the invoice (#/Total pages).
