I already have given long feedback to Taylor Backman in Zoho notebook blog. Here I am suggesting you some alternatives to improve current Zoho notebook design and limitation. This is particularly very EFFECTIVE in Windows and Mac desktop version where you have more flexibility to design. I have annotated my feedbacks in attached 2 images If implemented, It will continue to give clean view but also with great flexibilities. Hi, I'm getting 12h time display (e.g. "8:00 p.m.") for when a note last changed in Notebook on Android but can't find the settings to change it to 24h time ("20:00"). Hi, I use Zoho Notebook Windows & Web app in split screen quite a lot.... especially in my recording booth. I can have notebook scripts on the right of the screen and recording software on the left. The editing menu functions of Notebook cover the first line of the text which makes it difficult to read and you can't click on the first line to edit it. Is there a way to make notes full screen so they take up all the space available? I've attached a screen grab that may explain it better. Best regardsURL under info from clipping

I use strikethrough all the time to manage tasks on my projects. It's usually very simple to do it in other note taking apps, but in Notebook, here's what I have to do. Right click on selected text, choose Font, choose Styles, select struck through from list, click apply. Is there a shortcut for this anywhere? I have been experimenting with Notebook and I use Writer. I'd like to access selected Notebook notes in Writer. Quickly and easily! The two apps should talk to one another if they are both open. I know I can copy a link from a Notebook note and paste it into a Writer doc, then Writer opens it in a browser -- slow and clunky. Google Docs can see Keep notes, which is a halfway solution at least. MSWord and OneNote play moderately well together, but here's an opportunity to do better. I 'm glad that Zoho Notebook supports the Apple Pencil for handwriting and sketching. I've only recently found Zoho Notebook, and found one feature missing that some others do have (I use Zoho Notebook on my Android phone, tablet, iPad and desktop browser) like Squid (Android). An 'infinite' canvas to scribble on. Squid for instance uses two fingers to move the canvas so you can continue drawing. Another nice to have feature would be 'guidelines' (again, Squid has this) that gives you lines or grids as guidelines.When using the web clipper, please create a source link for the imported picture.

Hi - great work on this project. It finally looks like a note-taking application that I might be able to stick with. Just a niggle for now then: I've installed the Chrome web-clipper giving me the ability to save PDF files straight to my notebooks. This is great, however I've not found a quick way to get rid of the prompt to save these files if I don't want to copy them to a notebook. Hi, I just took the Web version of Notebook for a test drive and I must congratulate the team on just how polished this version is. Kudos! I have the following suggestions to make it even better: Table support: I have lots of tables in a lot of my Evernote notes. I absolutely look forward to (and am sure many others out there would love to see) tables in Notebook. Hello, I'm really liking your product having come from Google Keep. I mostly add tags to notes as I write in the editor, and like to incorporate them in the text. While I appreciate the option of creating and adding tags while typing, it really slows down the pace having to interact with the tag pop up window using the mouse. I'd suggest implementing a way to gain focus of that window when creating a tag via editor (Eg: CTRL+SPACE). Then using the arrow keys up and down we could select the tag wantedNotebook Stack

I am a math teacher and use an iPad and apple pencil to teach with. Zoho would be amazing if I could use my mac to make my notes, my iPad to work and present my notes, and students chromebooks to use my blank notes to take their notes. I cannot figure out how to write on my note templates (PDFs). I can see this being great if that was worked out. Right now I use Notability which is great except it will not work on chromebooks. I believe it would be great for the standalone Zoho Notebook Windows version if it is compatible and released for Windows 7! Hi, first I'd like to say that before Zoho, I use word, so with its minimalist features, it's only expected that it would have less. In word, I drag pictures and it aligns with the paragraphs, sentences, perfectly. But unfortunately, you can't do that in Zoho. Yet? With the recent improvements to Notebook, and realization that Google Keep ain't gonna do what I need, and ios 12 bringing more "shortcuts" to my iPhone -- I am using Notebook more. I use it for my "brain dump." Everything I think of to do, or remember, or follow-up on goes into Notebook. My notebook would be a lot cleaner if I could automatically group all notes by creation date. That way, I can go in and deal with all yesterday's items, or last month's items, all at once.
