Does anyone know ANYTHING about this new task numbering system that was just released today? I find it frustrating that updates are rolled out randomly with no prior announcement, communication, or support information. I contacted Zoho Support and was told they are working on a UserGuide "soon" and that "it will be useful to number your tasks." Also there is no way to disable this (completely useless) feature. I would like to have more information on updates BEFORE they happen so I can inform myAdjusting several task attributes to many tasks at once.
We often need to change several attributes of several tasks. This takes a lot of time, and I've been doing this for years. We really need a better solution right now. HI all, for our office we usually have 3/4 different users interact with any given project/task. I really like the fact we can CC an email to have it go into the comments. But when you close the task, you end up 'losing' visibility to that communication. Zoho Pdoes a lot of things right as a platform provider and I have to say the support we have received has been better than many of the other SaaS platforms we work with. Recently, I faced a weird issue in Zoho Project in which no task from any projects were able to get loaded. This brought a halt to my organisation operations as we manage everything from zoho projects. It took Zoho 3 days to fix the issue. For instance when a task relates to a G Suite document I would like a field for the user to enter that link.
