Many GitHub integrations allow issues to be closed as well as just linked through commit messages. Ideally: "Closes [JD-34] added email address to form" would not only link the commit with bug JD-34, but also close the bug in Zoho. In fact, Pivotal Tracker responds to several commands (which all do the same thing). It's a handy automation which just saves a little bit of time, and more importantly, keeps everything automatically in sync. Having the option to allow users to manage Bug Tracker notification would be ideal. At now only administrators can manage events to notify (picture attached), but each user should choose which notifications receive via e-mail. Hi, I created a tasklist with tasks, which I converted into a model. My goal is to create multiple tasklists using this model. However, when you create a new tasklist from a model, you can´t name it. It take the template´s name by default. You have to edit the newly created tasklist afterward. I would love to have a start date without an end date on many of my projects. Ideally, such projects would then show on the calendar as a bar from their start date to today, on the Gantt chart as a bar from start date to today, and on all reports as projects in progress. The idea is to show that I have started a project, but it isn't done yet. I still need to save the time I started it though so it shows on calendar and reports as such.Centrally Manage Bug Workflows
It would be good to have a feature so that bug workflows can be centrally managed and assigned to a project or Project Group. In the current set-up you need to go into each project and edit the workflow if you decide to change it and it is not convenient when have many projects. Good day, we are testing your nice software as an alternative to JIRA solution (we used till now). In the project bugs I am looking for a way to view all bugs from all projects that have been closed in a specified date range. So the filter would be: Project/All > User/All > Status/Closed > Date Range/ dd/mm/yy - dd/mm/yy. The reason I am doing this is because I am trying to build a release notes update for our application. Replying to the forum via email would be good option, to store the project related emails in forums rather than in mailbox. Would like to see a field for last modified by. It would truely help to see who last touched this ticket. Expecially when I have people asking the reporter questions and not assigning themselves the ticket. Maybe that's a work flow thing but a true history of the ticket would include all people who have been assigned or have modified this ticket. But for starters id be happy with a Last Modified By. Is there any way to specify the initial version of a document when uploading? It seems the initial version is always set to 1.1 and increments to 1.2, 1.3 etc on subsequent uploads. It would be very useful if the version could be specified, or even better if it was extracted from the document metadata (if available). In the tasks&milestones view some tasks are marked with yellow page icon on the left hand side of the task description. When you drag the mouse onto that yellow sign it says "Show Notes" but this is misleading since that yellow flag is turned on for 2 different reasons: task has either notes below it or documents attached to it. If the task list is in collapsed state, clicking the tasks in search results fails to redirect to the particular task. In Zoho Projects, under the Meetings tab, you get a nice chronological overview of the upcoming meetings. It would be very useful to also mention the meeting location, just under the start time and duration. I am looking to setup Issue tracking / Workflow functionality similar to some of the popular packages like Bugzilla, Quality Center, JIRA etc. There is no such functionality available on Zoho as much as I researched.
