Migrating the CV of each candidate in various format [.doc,.docx,.jpeg,.odt,.pdf,.rtf,.txt,.zip] from MS SQL Server [Hosted in AWS instance] and uploading to the Zoho Recruit Module...
Hi Everyone, I would like to know, i have a requirement to migrate legacy system data to Zoho Recruit Portal by using C#.NET. I do have candidate CV information which are stored in MS SQL DB. Can any body assist me best approach to perform such kind of activity to complete. Look forward to hearing from you... I am following this approach, please let me know I am going to right direction or not? Here is the steps which I am performing it.. 1. Pulling the candidate's CV along with
Call reminders
Could it be a good idea to have some sort of call reminder feature for both candidate and clients? (without having to set up an event) Eg i called client x today and who asked me to call back in 1 month Could it be possible to log this in the database and then for the database to actually remind you with some sort of alert to call client x back? I know this can e done via setting up an event but it;s a little time consuming.. Let me know your thoughts.
Add an "Apply Using" option
It would be great if Zoho could integrate an "apply using" widget, so that candidates could quickly apply to jobs using their CareerBuilder, Monster, Indeed, or LinkedIn accounts, instead of needing to complete the web form.
Make browser tabs more specific
I'd like to see browser names include the Candidate Name, Job Title, Client Name, etc. depending on the record opened. Right now, I can have five different tabs open for different candidates, but no way of knowing which is which by viewing the tabs. I think LinkedIn is a good example of a website with specific browser tabs.
Candidate searching in both resume text and fields at same time
Are there any plans to bring the functionality to Zoho Recruit whereby you can search in both the text of the candidate's resume and also in the selectable fields at the same time? This is a feature which is available on most ATSs and not having it on Zoho makes it much harder to sort through the candidates. This omission means that I will have to upgrade to another system one day, whereas, if you had it, you would keep my business ass my team grows.
