Need to change author's name in blog post
My colleague wrote a blog post for our blog but when I put it on our site, the author's name automatically populated as mine. I contacted ZohoSupport and was told to change the Nickname in my profile. Well, I did and then ALL the blog posts were listed as being written by my colleague! Is there any way to simply change one blog post with the correct author's name?Website won't publish. URL Live but NO content visible
After making some small changes in site with builder to my published website, I hit Publish to update the changes. After a long period of spinning progress wheel, and the site not publishing the update, I logged out, and back in again to the site builder. which appeared as it should. I again hit Publish, but received this message: Your website is being published right now. You can re-publish this site after it has gone live. Ever since I had to switch over to not having an SSL certificate yesterday, a lot of photos on my website won't load. Most of them have that little icon in the corner meaning they didn't load. I am building a new website in ZOHO-Site builder. I have chosen the 'Artsfine' template, which on the home-page has the 'hero-slide'. In the hero-slide it is possible to add back-ground video's, and on one of the slides it works fine, but on another the video just would not load! I have tried several formats, like mp4 or MOV and reduced the size to under 4 mb, but it just won't work! I don not know how to solve this. How can I proceed?Add social icons (wherever we want)
Hi, I would like to add social icons (Twitter, LinkedIn ...) that link to my social profiles on the footer. I added my profile accounts to the Parameters > Configure > Social Profiles but the icons are only appearing at the top of the page. Hello! I had links to anchors set up on my website and they stopped working. I tried removing the links and then re-adding the links and they didn't work. When I click on the links to the anchors in the published website, nothing happens. I got my site up and mostly configured, and within a day or so, it became very unresponsive. When I make changes on the home page, they will not save, or publish. Sometimes they save, but when published, revert back to original copy. I have tried deleting sections and re-adding them. I have tried a different browser. Cleared cookies. Often when I make a bunch of changes, and then go to save, I get: "Error in saving changes. Please reload page and try again.!!" Then loose all the changes. I even"Error occurred while publishing." I cannot get the email notification to work when someone uses the "Contact Us" form on my site. All I wanted (and it seems as though it is set up for) is to get an email sent to me anytime a visitor uses the Contact Us form so I don't have to drill into the site settings to see IF anyone submitted a message. I have uploaded an image which is my NGO's logo which has a resolution of 900 pixels. This image when uploaded has a resolution of 72 pixels. Why is this distortion occuring and what size would be ideal for the image to not get distorted?Can't Access Website

When I upload a MP3 and use the audio widget or hyper link. The end user using safari or google chrome can't scrub the audio. It just keeps restarting. Also the audio plays to around 30 minutes and then keep restarts and never makes it to the end. Please help!Site Not Redirecting Properly

I need to put a Zoho Survey in my Zoho Site. It is easy enough to publish the survey and embed an iframe. That much I got down. However, like many on the internet, I struggle with getting rid of one of the two scroll bars. In numerous user experience surveys, my users have complained about the annoyance of having to deal with two scrollbars. Hi! I have a site with some pages in English and some pages in Greek. Now all my Greek pages display the message "404 Error - Page Not Found. I was trying to put a photo gallery on my website, and it works great in computer mode, but when i look at my website on my phone, the gallery no longer has any option to swipe through the pictures. On the computer version, once you click on one of the pictures, there are arrows underneath so you can scroll through.
