Is it possible to send the url link of a completed survey back to the customer to allow them to update the entries?
I have some detailed questionnaires which will be sent to customers to submit. Some questions are complex and the customer might want to get back to it at a later stage to update it. is this possible? Pls advise, this is a critical feature I need to implement. Thanks
zoho survey integration to google sheet
I originally intergrated zoho survey with google sheet on my old Google emai/drive account. I now have set up a new google drive for business, and want to integrate zoho survey to this business google drive (similar to my email account). Zoho keeps saving the sheet on the old google account (even if I select new sheet) How can I fix this?

ZOHO Survey Quiz Mode
This might already be a feature, but I am using ZOHO Survey/forms in a ZOHO site setup for a training tool. I have embedded the Survey as a 'Quiz'. This works okay but it will not be assessed so the focus is on the participant getting feedback, like this Survey Monkey example quiz. Is there any plans to do anything like this in ZOHO Survey?

Is it possible to use (searchable) #hashtags in Survey in order to be able to categorize certain responses? #Hashtags may be useful for mentioning and tracking topics, issues, themes, etc. especially for analyzing collected data over long periods of time. Randomize question order
Randomizing question order is sometimes very important in reducing the impact of 'order effects'. If for example you want ratings for 3 different products, each time asking the same questions, you would want the order shuffled randomly to cancel out order bias effects (at least at aggregate level).

Optimize images for mobile
I like the face that you are able to insert images into any question text. However, I would like if these images would automatically readjusted size depending on the screen size. It is very frustrating when I want to show a large single image with a question and I can get it to look good on desktop, but it looks terrible on mobile. Images are important in my surveying and it feels like Zoho falls short on them.
Can Zoho "Save Progress" and "Continue" later?
Hi, Can Zoho Survey allow a user to "save progress" and "continue the survey" at a later time? So far, I don't see how to do that. We have a complex survey that will take time to complete, likely not in one sitting. The ability to save and later continue will require this feature.... Allow a filter based on segments
It would be great to be able to send out a survey to a list and then filter the replies using the segments of the list. I am new to Zoho but it looks like the only way to do this currently is to send a copied survey to each segment of the Zoho campaign list and then combine the results manually to get an overall picture. It seems like a pretty easy and natural integration to utilize the list segments as filters.

It would be nice to have a link to Zoho Campaigns on Zoho Survey pages. It isn't even listed in the Zoho Apps which I find strange since the options to send out the surveys are either Zoho Campaigns of MailChimp. A quick button or link between them would be nice.

Survey report in a translated language
Hello We do offer surveys in which respondents can choose between three languages. But the original language of our surveys is Dutch. Whenever I export final results of a survey it is allways in the orginal language of the survey. Is there a way to export survey results in one of the translated languages offred to respondents?

My list is already sorted from A to Z, but when I select the format display in " two or three vertical columns", the alphabetical order keeps horizontal and not vertical (from top to bottom). Move questions and survey pages to other surveys from within my Zoho survey account
Hi there, An idea I already sent to support. As I cannot update a Live survey with new questions or new pages without interrupting survey participants, it would be highly beneficial if I could update the survey as a copy within my account and then move any new questions or new pages over to the existing survey. This way all the surveys responses will continue to be viewable upon the one survey report. This would make any changes or updates really seamless to deploy, otherwise I have to keep closing

Why date formats are not compatible with Creator? YYYY-MM-DD
We are users of creator and recently started creating triggered emails to submit forms directly into Zoho Creator. Problem is that in Creator we use the YYYY-MM-DD format for all dates, as this greatly improves sorting functions etc. But when trying to send date information form Survey triggered events, you can not choose the date format of YYYY-MM-DD!!! It only allows for the American and British method of dates formats! Can this be fixed or improved!!!

Why can't I choose DUTCH as language for my surveys
Hi I offer surveys to my csutomers in three languages: dutch, french and english. I have my surveys professionnaly translated from dutch source language into french and english. I know how to offer respondents theire preferred language choice.. But it seems there is no way to thick DUTCH as the native survey language in survey settings???? See survey.jpg. Email Address to Access Survey
Hello, I have created a satisfaction survey for my clients. However, I do not want just anyone to be able to access this. Is it possible to lock people out of the survey? Example, is there a way where a client must enter their email address to access the survey? If so, please let me know how to do it. If you have another suggestion, as in a passcode to access the survey, I am open to ideas. I don't want just anyone to take this survey. Thanks!

We miss two of the most basic features in an Inline Survey: The possibility to redirect to a URL after submitting the Inline Survey based on a conditionlogic of the answer. The possibility to display a " Comments" field based on a condition logic of the answer. Example: Inline Survey question: "Are you happy with your support answer?" It would be nice to be able to create a survey, and for testing purposes, not enable 'is required' for each field, but before deploying live, to in one fell swoop, have the 'is required' option turned on for all questions. Can this be considered as a new feature?
