Permission Required: Users need to have a Standard Plan (Trial or Paid) or above in Zoho Reports, and Enterprise or Professional plan in Zoho Recruit.
To configure Zoho Reports Integration

You will receive an email after the Recruit data is imported into Zoho Reports.
Note: All the subsequent changes made to the records in Zoho Recruit will be automatically synchronized with Zoho Reports at the scheduled synchronization time.
(for Zoho Reports users with Free Plan)
You can use the Advanced Analytics add-on to evaluate your Recruit data and create powerful reports and dashboards if you are subscribed to the Standard Plan or above in Zoho Reports. When you configure this add-on (as explained above), you will be automatically subscribed to a 15-day trial of the Standard Plan in Zoho Reports. During this period, you can upgrade to the Standard Plan or above to continue using this add-on.
To activate the Zoho Reports License:
Once Advanced Recruit Analytics is configured, you'll have access to over 70 ready-made reports and dashboards. You can also create reports using the drag-and-drop report builder of Zoho Reports.

The reports and dashboards created in Zoho Reports, with the Recruit data, will only be accessible to the administrator who configured the Zoho Reports Add-on. However, you can share the reports with other Zoho Recruit users (including other Recruit administrators).
