How to import contacts to "Unsubscribed Contacts" View?
In order to import contacts to the Unsubscribed Contacts list;
1. Head over to the Contacts section Zoho Campaigns,

2. Click on the More drop-down in the right corner of the screen.
3. Select the option "Import to Unsubscribed Contacts" from the list.
4. Now, a pop-up will appear stating the conditions for the contacts to re-enter the mailing lists.
Click "Go ahead" if you agree to it.
5. We arrive at the import contacts section where you will need to upload your contacts list document first.
6. Upload your contacts from any source into Zoho Campaigns in .csv, .xls, .xlsx format.
7. After uploading your contacts, click on "Map Fields" button if required:
Map your fields in the document with respective Zoho Campaigns's fields where you will store your contacts' information to.
Select Save after you are done mapping them
8. You can drop down the advanced options section and select the toggle button to configure import criteria to transfer any active contacts found in the file as Unsubscribed.
9. Select Import and Zoho Campaigns will start adding your contacts from the file to the Unsubscribed Contact list directly.
10. After successfully importing your contacts, you are also shown the metrics such as total new contacts, any re-added contacts, duplicate contacts and any ignored contacts added from your file.
