From the list of integrations, select Zoho Desk Tasks.
Use the toggle button to enable the integration.

You're already logged into the Zoho account linked to your Connect account, so you don't need to authenticate again.
To view the Zoho Desk tasks in Connect:
Go to My Tasks.
Go to Zoho Desk Tasks tab to see all tasks synced from Zoho Desk.
Click any task and select View in Desk to open it directly in Zoho Desk.

The sync happens instantly, so any task updates you make in desk will reflect here immediately.
If you have multiple portals in Zoho Desk, you can switch between them to view tasks in each one.
To switch portals,
Click the Portal section in the top-right corner.
Select your preferred portal from the dropdown.
For other actions like changing assignees, priority, or due date, you'll need to make the changes directly in Zoho Desk.
