Manage record template
- Navigate to Application Settings > Record Templates and click the required template to edit it.
- Alternatively, navigate to Report Builder > Print Templates and click the edit icon for the template you wish to edit.
To delete a template:
- Navigate to Application Settings > Record Templates and click the delete icon for the template you wish to delete.
- Alternatively, navigate to Report Builder > Print Templates and click the delete icon for the template you wish to delete.
To duplicate a template:
- Navigate to Report Builder > Print Templates and click the duplictate icon for the template you wish to duplicate.
